Dermal Filler Injections
Dermal Fillers are an effective way to boost volume and define facial features.
What are Dermal Filler Injections?
Dermal fillers are the non-surgical way to add volume and structure and enhance your natural facial features. As we age, our skin begins to lose its elasticity and natural hydration. Fillers are an excellent treatment to restore volume and plumpness to lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, and the area under the eyes.
Dermal Fillers are perfect for giving lips enhanced volume, definition and shape, achieving a full and natural pout.
Dermal Fillers can be used to shape, enhance and restore lost volume to cheeks, resulting in an instant lift and providing balance and symmetry to the face.
Dermal Filler in the chin enhances the overall appearance of the face by providing balance and symmetry, achieving the perfect profile.
Dermal Filler can be used to correct the hollows that create shadowing and dark circles under the eyes, resulting in a fresher, brighter, more awake appearance.
Correct and soften marionette lines, the downward lines from the corners of the mouth towards the jawline. Dermal fillers lift and smooth these lines for a more defined appearance.
Dermal fillers lift and correct nasolabial folds, the lines from the corner of the lower nose to the corner of the mouth, restoring volume for a fuller and smoother mid face area.
Enhance the shape and add volume to the jawline, resulting in increased definition and symmetry to the face.

Discomfort is typically minimal and brief, depending on area being treated an anaesthetic may be used when required.
An easy way to remember the difference between the treatments is to think of ‘filler’ as a treatment that ‘adds’ structure and volume areas such as the cheeks, chin and lips. Whereas ‘anti’-wrinkle treatments aim to ‘reduce’ wrinkles by relaxing and softening the muscle to smooth the appearance of the skin.
Dermal Fillers poses some risks. The most common side effects include bruising, redness, swelling, pain, and itching. Additional side effects include infections, lumps or bumps, skin discoloration or a change in pigment.
