Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Order

Australia: 
Clear Skincare will provide refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Please note, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

New Zealand: 
Clear Skincare will provide refunds in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees Act 1993). Please note, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

If products arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email clearskincareproducts@api.net.au with a photo, order number and product details. For all other enquiries, contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@clearskincareclinics.com.au

Expirations, Refunds, Deposits and Cancellations

Refunds and Exchanges

Clear Skincare will provide refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Please note, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

You may be entitled to an exchange or refund of a product or service where it is:

  • faulty;
  • substantially unfit for its specified purpose and cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe;
  • unsafe or creates an unsafe situation; or
  • significantly different from its description/sample.

If there is a problem with a product or service, and it can be remedied, we will attempt to remedy it within a reasonable time. If remediation is not possible, the above will apply, and you may be entitled to an exchange or refund.

Customer results may vary, and as such, no refund or exchange will be provided if the service or product did not provide the desired result, excluding any faults/major problems outlined above.

This refund policy applies and you agree to be bound by these conditions, when purchasing pre-paid treatments including packages for multiple treatments.

Cosmetic Injections Deposits:

All clients having Cosmetic Injection treatments require a complimentary consultation with one of our Nurses or Doctors to determine the client is suitable for treatment.

A $50 deposit is required in advance for all cosmetic injection treatment bookings.

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

During the appointment, if it is deemed by the Nurse or Doctor that the client is not suitable for treatment or if the client chooses in their appointment not to proceed with treatment, the deposit will be refunded.

If a client cancels the appointment within 24 hours or is a no show, the deposit will be kept.

Your booking deposit can be redeemed on your treatment or product.

Packages cannot be split over appointments

Cosmetic injection treatments cannot be pre-paid, other than Bio-Remodelling where 2 x treatments is the recommended treatment plan and paid at the time of first treatment.

For legal reasons, product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact one of our injectors at our clinics for details.

Skin & Laser Booking Deposits

All clients require a complimentary consultation with one of our nurses or skin and laser therapists to determine if the treatment is suitable.

A $50 deposit is required upon booking for the following skin and laser hair removal treatments:

Laser Hair Removal 

  • Full body hair removal (Male / Female)
  • Chest & Abdomen
  • Back & Shoulders
  • Full Arms
  • Full Legs
  • Full Legs, Brazilian & Underarms
  • Half Legs, Brazilian & Underarms


Skin Treatments

  • Hydrafacial treatments including, standard, deluxe, platinum and JLO Beauty.
  • Skin Needling and SkinPen Advanced Skin Needling

Adverse Reactions

Clear Skincare has safely performed over 1 million treatments and sold over 2 million products. All our therapists and medical professionals are trained to the highest standard. In the unlikely event that you experience a side effect, Clear Skincare will require up to 6 weeks to investigate your concern. During this time, we will need your cooperation in consults to assess the area and to follow the guidance of our trained professionals.

An adverse reaction should be raised immediately in the event that a client has a reaction to a treatment or product that has been performed or supplied by Clear Skincare Clinics

Cancellations

At least 24 hours’ prior notice must be given for any appointment change or cancellation.

If you give less than 24 hours’ prior notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, we reserve the right to redeem a treatment from your package and/or retain any deposit paid.

Promotions

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Promotions must be redeemed within 2 months from date of purchase. Terms & Conditions may apply. 

Pre-paid Treatments & Packages

Pre-paid treatment packages must be redeemed within the following periods, after which, any unused portion will be forfeited:

  • Pre-paid Skin treatments must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Pre-paid Laser treatments must be redeemed within 12 months from date of purchase. Where 10 or more pre-paid Laser treatments are purchased, these must be used within 18 months of purchase.

Treatments/Services are transferable to other Australian Clear Skincare clinics as part of our Anywhere Promise.

Treatments/Services are not transferable to other customers.
